Is the assistant really included on every plan?
Yes. The assistant is core to SchemaForce, not an upsell — it’s included on every paid plan, so you can ask your schema questions from your first session.
Do you read the data in our Salesforce records?
No. SchemaForce reads metadata only — object and field definitions, picklists, relationships, and descriptions. We never read, store, or transmit the contents of your records. PII detection runs on field names and labels, never on values.
Do I need to install a managed package?
No. SchemaForce connects to your org over OAuth in minutes — there’s no managed package to install and no admin rollout to schedule.
What counts as an “org”?
One connected Salesforce org — a production org plus its sandboxes. Connecting additional production orgs (agencies, multi-business-unit companies) is a custom plan.
How current is the data dictionary?
We sync your org frequently and show the last-synced time on every view. Pro adds on-demand sync, so you can refresh the moment you make a change.
Can I export the dictionary or use an API?
Yes — CSV, JSON, and Google Sheets export come with Pro (a trial exports a sample so you can try it first), while free plans browse the full dictionary in-app. The programmatic Read API (with API keys) is on Business, so your documentation can flow into your own tools.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan to keep going, or your access pauses. Your history is kept, so if you come back later your change timeline is still there.
