Google Sheets & exports

Export any dictionary table to CSV, JSON, or a Google Sheet.

Any table in your data dictionary — objects, fields, value sets, and the rest — can be exported. Whatever you're looking at, you can take it with you as a file or as a Google Sheet.

Exports reflect your current view

An export captures the table's current filtered and sorted view — exactly what's on screen. Narrow the table down first, then export, and you get just the rows and order you want.

Export options

Download CSV generates the file instantly in your browser — nothing leaves your device and no connection is required. Best for spreadsheets and quick imports.

Connect Google

Exporting to Sheets requires connecting your Google account once. If you choose Export to Google Sheets before connecting, SchemaForce prompts you to connect first.

Start the connection

Choose Export to Google Sheets (or connect Google from the Integrations page) and you'll be sent to Google to authorize.

Grant a least-privilege scope

SchemaForce requests the least-privilege Google scope (drive.file). It can only create and edit the files it makes — it cannot read your existing Drive.

Export

Back in SchemaForce, the export creates a new Google Sheet in your Drive with the table's current view.

Exports work on every plan

CSV, JSON, and Google Sheets exports are available on any plan. Connecting or disconnecting Google requires workspace admin (settings-manage) permission.
